Overview

At Passion Language School, we strive to provide the highest quality language education. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for course cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Course Registration & Cancellation

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan before commencement of classes.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@passionlanguageschool.com.
• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund or course credit.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Course cancellation by Passion Language School
• Duplicate payment or billing error
• Valid cancellation request within the specified timeframe

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Courses already completed or substantially attended (more than 25% of sessions)
• Change of mind after course commencement
• Failure to attend scheduled classes without prior notice

Course Transfer

Students may request to transfer to a different course or batch, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled start date. A nominal administrative fee may apply.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Online Course Materials

Digital course materials, once accessed or downloaded, are non-refundable. Physical study materials, if returned unopened and in original condition within 7 days, may be eligible for a refund.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all refund requests.
